Letters meant for publication should be labelled "Philia Letter to the Editor." Correspondents who are concerned about their security should check the page on Internet security information.

    Because of the nature of this magazine, letters may be signed with a real name or with a nickname, or they may be anonymous. The correspondent's country of origin may be included in the letter but is not required. Letters sent by e-mail must include a valid return e-mail address, so that the editor can contact the correspondent with any questions related to the publication of the letter.

    Philia reserves the right to decide which letters to publish.
